Partner programme

Partner programme terms

Version 2026-10-11 · Effective 11 October 2026

30% commission · 30-day referral window · 30-day payment hold · £25 payout minimum

Commission is based on eligible subscription payments actually received after discounts, excluding VAT, refunds and disputed amounts. We arrange payouts manually each month.

1. Joining and the operator

ComplianceAlert is operated by Hallmoore Ltd, company number 16773086. These terms govern participation in our partner programme. Joining is free. You must provide accurate business details, accept this version of the terms and verify access to your email before your partner account is activated.

You act independently. You cannot enter agreements, make promises or provide legal advice on behalf of ComplianceAlert. Keep the private dashboard token confidential; your public referral link is for sharing.

2. Which referrals qualify

Use the referral link supplied in your dashboard. A new customer must start account registration within 30 days of a valid partner-link visit. When more than one valid partner link is used, the most recent eligible visit before registration receives attribution. Internal campaign links do not replace an eligible partner referral.

Optional tracking consent is required to remember the referral. Declining or withdrawing tracking consent, blocked cookies, changing devices before registration or an expired referral can prevent attribution. Customers can still register without agreeing to tracking. Once attribution is attached to a confirmed new account, later partner links do not replace it. Email confirmation may be completed on another device after registration has captured an eligible referral.

Existing customers, duplicate or artificial accounts, and your own purchases do not qualify. We do not automatically backdate missing referrals. Contact us about a tracking query so we can review the available evidence without changing a customer's account ownership.

3. Commission

The rate is 30% of eligible GBP subscription payments we actually receive from your attributed customers, after discounts and excluding VAT. Free plans, free trials, unpaid invoices, non-subscription items and amounts paid using credits rather than newly collected money do not earn commission. Commission is rounded to the nearest penny.

The same rate applies to eligible recurring payments while the referred customer remains subscribed. Plan changes affect the eligible amount. For illustration, £19 of eligible revenue earns £5.70 and £78 earns £23.40. These are examples, not guaranteed earnings.

Refunds and chargebacks reduce the related commission. A disputed amount is withheld while the dispute is unresolved; commission can be restored when the payment is retained. Adjustments after a payout are carried forward against future earnings. Cancellation stops commission on future unpaid periods and does not erase valid earlier earnings.

4. Monthly manual payouts

Commission is held for 30 days after the eligible payment is received. We review cleared balances monthly and arrange a manual payout when the available balance is at least £25. Smaller balances carry forward. Refunds, disputes or corrections can reduce the available balance.

We confirm payment details directly with you before sending money. Your dashboard shows held, cleared and recorded paid amounts. A dashboard balance does not itself initiate a transfer. You are responsible for any tax obligations on your commission; tell us if you require an invoice or other payment documentation.

For a payout query, email hello@compliancealert.co.uk from your registered partner address. Do not put bank details or private tokens in public posts.

5. Promotion rules

Recommend the product honestly, disclose that you may receive commission and use current product descriptions and prices. Do not claim that ComplianceAlert guarantees legal compliance or replaces professional advice. Do not impersonate us or make fabricated reviews, savings claims or testimonials.

Use your own relevant content and communications that recipients requested or opted into. Joining this programme does not authorise unsolicited email, purchased or scraped contact lists, or automated calls without a documented request or consent. Honour opt-outs. Do not use forced redirects, hidden referral links, cookie stuffing, incentives that create artificial accounts, or paid bidding on our brand without written agreement.

6. Records, changes and leaving

We keep referral, commission, adjustment and payout records to administer the programme. Your dashboard limits customer information to what is needed to understand referrals. See our privacy policy and cookie policy.

You may leave by emailing us. We may suspend new referrals while investigating inaccurate information, abuse or a breach of these terms. We will explain any disputed commission and consider the evidence you provide. Valid accrued commission remains recorded, subject to refunds, adjustments and the payout conditions above.

We will notify partners before materially changing the programme terms. Changes will not retrospectively reduce commission already validly earned. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
